Return Policy

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In original packaging with all accessories

    • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or not working properly, it will be replaced.

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • An unboxing video or clear photos are required as proof.

  • Once approved, a replacement product will be provided at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or physically damaged items (not due to manufacturing defect)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, water damage, or electrical issues

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

  • Software, downloaded items, or opened sealed electronics

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if replacement is not available.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [X] business days.

Shipping Policy

  • For damaged or incorrect items, Asia Electronics will cover shipping costs.

  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
